At this time, the needs of LightHouse are many. Below are some of the resources needed:

? Prayer coordinators, getting the word out to intercessors, churches, and others, participants in prayer walks and campus walks
? Mentors (men who won’t abandon these young men) 25 to 30
? Tutors (reading, English, math) 10 to 15
 Leaders to form a team to implement areas of LightHouse
 Volunteers to help with the following:
o Prayer team participants (1,000)
o LightHouse Store (food and clothing locker on the MLK campus)
o Neighborhood clean up project coordinators
o Snack preparation and coordination
o Faculty Appreciation event coordination and team
o Administration
o IT
o Drivers
o Businesses that will offer a tour and talk with the young men
o Web design and maintenance
o Event coordination
o Compassion expertise
o Facility clean up, renovation, painting, technical installations
 Comfortable chairs, several couches, 5 round tables and folding chairs, ping pong table, foosball table, computer gaming systems, white board, overhead projector and DVD and VHS delivery system, pop corn set up, refrigeration system for snacks and drinks,
 Walkie talkie system
